2. Our Services

Ragado is an insurance technology platform that facilitates commercial insurance quotations for business customers. We act as an introducer and technology intermediary, connecting businesses with authorised insurance providers. We do not give advice on the suitability of any insurance product.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must ensure all information provided through our platform is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate your insurance policy. You are responsible for reviewing all policy documentation issued by the insurer before purchase.

4. Fees & Charges

Any fees applicable to the arrangement of insurance will be disclosed to you clearly prior to commitment. Premium finance charges, where applicable, will be detailed in a separate credit agreement.

5. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your insurance policy within 14 days of inception or renewal (the “cooling-off period”) without penalty, subject to the terms of the insurer. Cancellations outside this period will be subject to the insurer’s standard cancellation terms.
